We’re sorry to see you go — but we understand that priorities change. If you need to cancel your Boldteq subscription
for any reason, we’ve made the process straightforward and hassle-free.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Follow these simple steps to cancel your Boldteq subscription:
1. Log in to your Boldteq account
Go to our portal and sign in with your account credentials.
2. Open your profile menu
Click on your name or profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Go to Account Settings
From the dropdown, select Settings to manage your account.
4. Navigate to Subscription
In the settings menu, open the Subscription or Billing section.
5. Select Cancel Subscription
You’ll see details of your current plan — choose Cancel Subscription.
6. Confirm Cancellation
Follow the on-screen prompts. You may be asked why you’re leaving — your feedback helps us improve!
7. Done!
Once confirmed, cancellation will take effect, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time — there are no long-term contracts or hidden terms.
- Access Through Billing Cycle
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You’ll continue to receive services
until then.
- No Prorated Refunds
If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, your access remains until the end of that period, but you won’t be
charged again after cancellation.
- Reactivating Your Subscription
If you change your mind later, you can reactivate your Boldteq subscription by signing in and selecting a plan
again.
