How to Cancel Your Subscription
Follow these simple steps to cancel your Boldteq subscription:

Log in to your Boldteq account
Go to our portal and sign in with your account credentials. -
Open your profile menu
Click on your name or profile icon in the top right corner. -
Go to Account Settings
From the dropdown, select Settings to manage your account. -
Navigate to Subscription
In the settings menu, open the Subscription or Billing section. -
Select Cancel Subscription
You’ll see details of your current plan — choose Cancel Subscription. -
Confirm Cancellation
Follow the on-screen prompts. You may be asked why you’re leaving — your feedback helps us improve! -
Done!
Once confirmed, cancellation will take effect, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

You can cancel your subscription at any time — there are no long-term contracts or hidden terms. -
Access Through Billing Cycle
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You’ll continue to receive services until then. -
No Prorated Refunds
If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, your access remains until the end of that period, but you won’t be charged again after cancellation. -
Reactivating Your Subscription
If you change your mind later, you can reactivate your Boldteq subscription by signing in and selecting a plan again.
