This article walks you through common causes, step-by-step guidance, and what to do if the issue persists.

Step 1: Check Your Login Credentials

Before trying anything else, confirm the following:

  • You are using the correct email address associated with your Boldteq account

  • There are no typos in your email or password

  • Caps Lock is turned off

  • Extra spaces are not included when copying and pasting

Tip: Try typing your password manually instead of pasting it.

Step 2: Reset Your Password

If you’re unsure about your password, reset it.

How to Reset Your Password
